Parishioners Enjoy Fall Picnic at the Columbus Club
This year’s St. Agnes Picnic was exceptional, thanks to the Knights of Columbus’ hospitality! Parishioners descended on 5115 Little Falls Road after the Noon Mass on Sunday, October 14th to enjoy delicious grilled food, community and the beautiful grounds at the Columbus Club. Despite being rescheduled, and a day that started with showers, the fall picnic was better than ever with a DJ, three bounce houses, a pumpkin rolling contest and enough food for an army!
Many thanks to St. Agnes parishioner Owen Bierne, member of the Knights of Columbus Edward Douglas White Council #2473, who, with the support of his fellow council members, organized the day serving up burgers, dogs and Logan’s sausages with all the fixin’s. And a big thanks to Boy Scout Troop 111 who readily supported the effort by providing set-up and clean-up help. Finally, thank you Lindsay O'Connell for the Pumpkin Rolling Contest and Michaela Herndon for the beautiful face painting.
See you again next year!
